The members of the Executive Board of Metro Users Group invite you to register for our 41st annual Metro Users Group Conference. The 2009 conference will be held at the brand new Omni/Fort Worth Hotel from Saturday,  January 31st through Wednesday,  February 4, 2009.

Our continued success is built upon the participation of the many users from around the country and abroad. We will welcome Goss Urbanite users to join the conference in 2009 together with all of Goss double width and Universal press users.

Again the success of the conference is dependent on your participation. The Conference will provide an atmosphere for training, knowledge sharing, and industry networking that promises to improve productivity and reliability of your Goss equipment.

Many of the recent initiatives and opportunities that have been introduced to our industry will be discussed. Web width reductions, new predictive and preventative maintenance procedures, revenue enhancing opportunities, and cost saving ideas. This is a program that will provide exceptional value to all participants who attend and their respective employers.

Conference Registration:
There is no conference fee for newspaper delegates to register.


Metro Users newspaper delegates and participating vendors can now register On-Line for the 2009 conference and Omni hotel reservations. The new on-line registration will streamline the process for registration and reduce the cost to organize the conference. Every effort is being made to keep the conference affordable for all delegates and vendors. There is a “Conference Registration” link posted on the Metro User web site home page. www.metrousers.com.

Each registered delegate is entitled to the following:

• Access to all conference training seminars and equipment sessions

• Direct interaction with Goss International engineers, technicians and executives

• Displays of over 45 industry suppliers

• Five meals

• Four evening hosted receptions

OMNI Reservations:
The Metro Users Board and Omni management have agreed to a discounted room rate of $176 for guests attending the conference. The Metro Users board would urge everyone to reserve your rooms at the Omni under the Metro Users Group to help us meet our room block commitment.
