Ragy Isaac, is the Quality Director at Goss International Corporation. He is an engineer, a statistician and an experience Six Sigma analyst. During his 20 years with Goss, he has served as Development Scientist, Senior Scientist, Senior Engineer, Quality Manager and Quality Director. His industry experience includes statistical data analysis, expertise in ink, dampening solution, and plate technologies with emphasis on interactions and relationships to press design and to the printing process.

In his current position, he designs, updates, and conducts Goss' quality audits. These audits minimize waste and maximize quality by optimizing every aspect of the printing process. Ragy has been active in the graphic arts since 1975. He has been awarded four patents for inventions in printing related technologies.

Ragy is a SNAP Committee member, SNAP Chairman of the Press Acceptance Subcommittee and IDEAlliance certified G7 expert. He has chaired various panels, and authored and conducted numerous hands-on seminars. He frequently addresses national and international conferences.
